EFCC arrested the ex-minister on May 9, 2016 for allegedly embezzling government money but he denied the accusation saying that it was used for presidential campaign of the former president of Nigeria.
Femi Fani Kayode was released after meeting the bail condition by paying a sum of N250 millon.
