concert promoter sues faith evans
One time Grammy award winner , Faith Evans 43 might be facing court charges soon after concert promoter,Jeremy Hill resented her breaching a contract.Hill is suing the singer for performing on P.diddy's Bad boy reunion tour in the same week and same vicinity as she slated to perform in his own show.
TMZ, obtained the court papers where Hill had claimed that he booked Evans to perform at Wolf Creek Amphitheater in Atlanta on Sept. 10, 2016. He also said he paid her a partial fee of $17,500 to lock in the date.
The statement in the papers revealed that Jeremy Hill put a non-compete clause in the contract meaning Faith can’t do any shows in a 100 mile radius in the six months leading up to the concert.
He is demanding a sum of $100000 from the notorious B.I.G's widow for withdrawing from his show and performing on Bad boys reunion tour.
The Bad Boy Re union Tour will kick off on Aug. 25 in Columbus, Ohio making 25 stops around the U.S before ending in Oakland, Calif on Oct. 8. The show will include, Ma$e, Faith, Carl Thomas, L.O.X., Lil’ Kim, 112, French Montana and more
