Japanese Billionaire Fulfill His Promise, Gives Nigeria U-23 Team $390k

Billionaire Katsuya Takasu has fulfilled his promise

The Japanese billionaire and surgeon Katsuya Takasu has proven he is a man of his words. Mr Takasu had earlier promised Nigerian U-23 team a huge amount of money if they win Gold, Silver or Bronze in the 2016 olympic football tournament in Rio, Brazil.

Nigerian U-23 team defeated Honduras in the 3-2 in third place of the competition to claim the Bronze medal with goals coming from Umar sodiq and Aminu Umar for Nigeria while Anthony Lozano and Marcelo Pereira scored for Honduras.

The photo above shows the multi-millionaire fulfilling his promise by presenting a $190k cheque to Mikel Obi and $200k cheque to Samson Siasia, a total of $390k.
